Push

It happens every spring: the final weeks of the semester sneak up on me and I find my schedule over-loaded and my to-do list running over. Yet I'm surprised by this. Every. Single. Year.

Have I learned nothing in my twenty-four years of schooling? Nothing?

Ah, well.

  1. Oh, no! I remember those days well. Toward the end of my undergrad it just became a part of the whole process. I remember my last term I had five papers to write and I was just so used to the stress and the whole thing being overwhelming that I just went into a zen mindset and just did it. It was actually the best semester of my life. Before that it was panic attacks. Hope you're doing well!

  2. Stay strong! The same thing happens to me every semester as well, and I have gotten to the point where about 1 week before the end I start trying to identify things that aren't absolutely essential, or could be done after the craziness, and putting them off. Maybe time to adopt a meditation practice?
